This is a tough one between Hookipa and San Carlos- I get a big rush at Hookipa when the waves are big and powerful, I have more fun playing at Punta San Carlos cause the waves are soft and friendly….. I would have to say a mix of the two, can we figure out how to get that organized????
don’t you know I’m a country boy!!!
Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, Jake Owen…..
7am Morning moto session at the track with the boys, late breakfast at 11, Hookipa afternoon 1-3 logo high on 5.0, then up to the Bike Park Maui for some sunset whips with my boy!
New website, teaching private lessons, managing Gaastra/Tabou International Team, gear rental program on Maui, and my favorite…..teaching my 5 year old how to play in the water and on land!
Amped for a good day and getting let down by conditions…..
I love the wave 360- a classic that is still one of the big scoring moves! Love backloops- those are pretty tricky to land perfectly, once you got it you got it though! Take time and some hard landings…
Most Bad Ass Windsurfer on the planet- Right now I have utmost respect for Marcilio Brown, aka Brawzinho as I can see the fire in this kids eyes- He rips at Hookipa, Europe, Port Tack, Starboard Tack- you name it he has it! Others that impress are Levi Siver at Hookipa, My brother is ever so consistent in any venue, Jason Polakow can not sail for 9 months and get back out there and still win contests! Something to be said about experience…..
